How do we deal with callouts?
We respond to callout the same day, we call the tenants to address the issue and book a time to get the problem solved.
What is our turnaround time on Work Orders?
We can book jobs for the next day in most cases for vacant properties in our service area and we send compliance reports the same day.
Are Alarms being replaced invoiced for?
We offer a universal smoke alarm warranty to our agent, if alarms are within the manufactures warranty period and not physically damaged we will replace them free of charge.
How does Free-key cutting work?
Our technicians are equipped with mobile key cutting machine. We can either collect keys from your office or book with tenants to replicate keys.
Still Not Convinced?
You can Try our service for free for 3 months, no lock in, no Obligations, no cost. We will respond to all Callout, Lease renewals, and general Work Order requests to put our money where our mouth is. If you aren’t happy with our service after 3 months, we will ask for some feedback on how we can improve and if you do not wish to continue with us we will go our separate ways.
