RENTAL PROPERTY SERVICE SCHEDULES
Ensures compliance with the Qld Fire & Rescue Services Amendment Act 2006. We will visit the property to service the smoke alarms as many times in the year as required. It could be for a tenancy change, a fault or a check up.
There is no extra charge to replace missing, damaged or out-dated alarms.
This is a genuine NO-MORE-TO-PAY service and includes full after hours service with no call-out fees.
This greatly helps us protect the liability of the landlord/agent.

We will inspect all window coverings for compliance and issue a Safety Statement to the tenant after each attendance
Cleats, tensioning devices and labels retrofitted $5/window. We will also test and report on the safety switch.
Ensures compliance with Qld’s NEW LAWS due 1st January, 2022. Detailed in the Qld Fire and Rescue Services (Domestic Smoke Alarms) Amendment Act 2016.
We will replace/install 240 Volt hard-wired or 10 year sealed lithium battery photoelectric smoke alarms in all bedrooms, hallways and levels as required by legislation.
We will interconnect all smoke alarms by hard-wiring or radio frequency links.

There is no extra charge per visit however new/replacement alarms are charged at $139 per alarm.
